Frequently Asked Questions about Microsoft 365
Is it free to try the services before the purchase?
Yes. The free version of Microsoft 365 (for select packages) is available for 30 days and allows you to create accounts for 25 users. If you choose to purchase licenses for the accounts created, all settings, files, and other information will be retained. Once your free trial period expires, you will have 30 more days to purchase Microsoft 365 before all data is deleted.
How many licenses maximum can I add to one account
A maximum of 300 Business package licenses can be added to a single account. On the other hand, organizations that need the service for more than 300 users should choose Microsoft 365 Enterprise plans.
Will all data be lost when my subscription ends?
You will be able to access the data from your administrator accounts for 90 days after your subscription expires.
What happened to the office 365 plans?
Office 365 plans for businesses are now available under a new name – Microsoft 365.
Office 365 Business Essentials is a subscription to Microsoft 365 Business Basic.
Office 365 Business Premium is a subscription to Microsoft 365 Business Standard.
Office 365 Business is a subscription to Microsoft Apps for Business.

Can I change to a different plan while using the service?
Yes. You can extend your plan and access other Microsoft 365 features at any time
What if I have purchased a domain from another service provider?
You can add an existing domain to Microsoft 365 and use it to create new email addresses.
What the different between Office 2021 and Microsoft 365 features?
Microsoft Office 2021 is a perpetual license, includes only desktop applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, OneNote) and does not include online services. It is licensed per workstation (1 workstation, PC or Mac). Microsoft 365, depending on the version selected, also includes online services such as Microsoft Exchange email, Teams messenger, SharePoint, OneDrive virtual drive, and online versions of traditional Office applications. Microsoft 365 subscription is time-limited (month or year) and must be renewed. The license allows only one user to use the application, on 5 workstations (PC or Mac), 5 smartphones and 5 tablets.
When I install Office available through Microsoft 365, will I be able to choose the language version?
Yes, it is possible to choose the language version during the package installation. Moreover, this choice can be changed even after installing the desktop applications.
What if I already have another version of Office installed?
If you have a previous version of the desktop application suite, uninstall it before installing Microsoft 365.
Will Microsoft 365 work on both PCs and Macs?
Yes, this package can be installed on both PC and Mac computers.
