What do I need to Open my Website?
-You will need to secure a Domain that will be a link to open your Website. -You will need a Hosting Service to give you a Platform to host your Website. -You will need a Security License (https) to secure your Website. Based on your idea and business, we will design and develop your website as per your business requirements. -You will need to provide Contents for your Website.
My Business has a Website and I want to update. What does it take to update?
-Because you already have a Domain and Hosting, you will have to provide website admin access. -We will design and develop as per your requirements
Does Website and Software mean Anything for my Business?
They are Technology designed to assist your business with branding, Selling and Simplifying Operation Processes in your Business.

What Hosting Plans do you offer?
We currently have two(2) options: 1. Microsoft 365 Services. 2. cPanel Email Services - This is a cheaper option, however you will still pay for Microsoft Office and Document Storage separately.
Can I migrate all my files and records from my current Hosting to M365?
Yes, GetCore’s Tech Team will migrate all your Email accounts to Microsoft 365 securely and without any data loss.
How do I set up my Microsoft 365 services?
There's nothing you need to do since we'll handle the transition for you. After your transition is complete, if you are using a mobile device or desktop email client, you'll need to update your client settings to Exchange.

How do I get support if I run into problems with your Softwares?
1. We Make Online Follow up every Week to your team. 2. If Need More Close Attention, you will be charged Separately.
Does Softwares work when I am not connected to the internet?
1. Softwares work on your Normal Browser so they will have to be accessed by the internet. 2. If you are using Mobile Application, then you can work Offline and Update Online later when the internet is available.
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept all kinds of payment methods: 1. Offline Payments - Bank Transfer, TISS and Cheques. 2. Mobile Payments - MPesa, TigoPesa, AirtelMoney, HaloPesa, ZPesa etc. 3. Online Payments - Mastercard, Visa, Amex, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer.
Can I switch to other Hosting Plans?
Yes you can Switch or Grow to other Hosting Plans
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes you can Cancel your Subscriptions when Expired.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
You will be provided with all your backup data.
I will need extra help setting up hosting and other IT Services. Who can help?
